Removing And Installing Console For Telephone

Removing console for telephone







INFORMATION: Different holders for mobile phones or additional handsets are used in the various countries.


Variant 1







1. Remove the two caps -2- on the additional handset holder -1-.
2. Unscrew the two fastening screws -3- for the additional handset holder and remove the holder -1-.
3. Disconnect electric connector on the mounting plate -a-.

Variant 2







1. Unscrew the two fastening screws -1- and remove the mounting plate -2-.







2. Carefully unclip the cover -3- using a screwdriver.
3. Unscrew the fastening screw -4- and remove the carrier plate -5-.







4. Unscrew the fastening screw -6- and remove the trim panel -7-.







5. Unscrew the three fastening screws -8- and remove the telephone console -9-.

Installing console for telephone







1. Position the telephone console -9- and secure it with the three fastening screws -8-. - Tightening torque: 1.8 Nm (1.5 ftlb.) ±0.5 Nm (±0.5 ftlb.)







2. Press the trim panel -7- onto the console and secure with the fastening screw -6-. - Tightening torque: 1.8 Nm (1.5 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.)

Variant 1







3. Insert electric connector for the additional handset holder until the connector engages securely.
4. Position the additional handset holder and secure with the two fastening screws -1-. - Tightening torque: 1.8 Nm (1.5 ftlb.) ±0.5 Nm (±0.5 ftlb.)

Variant 2







5. Fit the carrier plate -5- onto the console and secure with the fastening screw -4-. - Tightening torque: 1.8 Nm (1.5 ftlb.) ±0.5 Nm (±0.5 ftlb.)
6. Fit and clip in cap -4-.







7. Secure the mounting plate with the fastening screws -1-. - Tightening torque: 1.8 Nm (1.5 ftlb.) ±0.5 Nm (±0.5 ftlb.)
8. Place the handset in the console.
