Removing the condenser-fluid tank line
Information
Before re-installing the component, check the O-rings of the refrigerant lines for damage and replaced them if necessary.
Wet the O-rings of the refrigerant lines with refrigerant oil.
Do not open the plugs for the lines and connections until shortly before installation.
Close off all lines and connections using suitable plugs during removal.
Installation location line condenser-fluid tank
1. Unscrew fastening nut -1-.

2. Remove the holder for the two refrigerant lines and pull the refrigerant line condenser-fluid tank out of the expansion valve.
3. Unscrew the fastening nut -2- for the refrigerant line condenser-fluid tank in front of the fluid tank, detach the line from the holder and pull out from under the water hoses for the heat exchanger.

Information
Before re-installing the component, check the O-rings of the refrigerant lines for damage and replaced them if necessary.
Wet the O-rings of the refrigerant lines with refrigerant oil.
Do not open the plugs for the lines and connections until shortly before installation.
Close off all lines and connections using suitable plugs during removal.
1. Lay the refrigerant line under the heat exchanger hoses and screw down on line to fluid tank -2- with fastening nut. => Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)

2. Clip line into the holder.
3. Position holder for refrigerant lines and secure with the fastening nut -1-. => Tightening torque: 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.)
