Mounting roll-over bar on assembly fixture

CAUTION

Risk of damage to roll-over bar when removed.

- Placing the roll-over bar on a level surface can damage it.

-> Only work on the removed roll-over bar when the roll-over bar is mounted on the assembly fixture.

1. Get the assembly fixture ready.
1.1. Insert retaining frame -2- into the transmission jack -1-.





Securing holder on retaining frame

1.2. Secure holder -3- on the retaining frame -2- at the positions shown using fastening screws and inlay nuts.
1.3. Align holder -3- on retaining frame -2- with => dimension A: 600 mm and the=> dimension B: 315 mm+/-5 mm.

2. Secure roll-over bar to the assembly fixture.
2.1. Position roll-over bar -4- onto the holders -3- and secure with fastening screws -5- (M8 x 30).
