Technical values
Preliminary work
1. Remove front apron. -> 631519 Removing and installing front apron - section on "Removing"

1. Loosen connection to radiator module.
1.1. Loosen and remove fastening clamp -2- ( -arrow- ).
1.2. Remove plastic guide element -1- ( -arrow- ).

2. Loosen lock support.
2.1. Unscrew fastening screw -1-.

3. Remove side air guide.
3.1. Cayenne/Cayenne S
Unscrew fastening screws -4- ( -arrow- ) and remove side air guide -5- ( -arrow- ).

4. Pull off connector on horn at the left and right and unclip wire harness.
4.1. Release connector -arrow A- and pull it off -arrow B-.
4.2. Unclip wire harness on the bumper at the left and right -arrow C-.

Information
Before unscrewing the fastening screws on the bumper, a suitable piece of wood must be inserted underneath between the radiator and transverse bar to prevent the radiator from falling down.
5. Remove bumper.
5.1. Unscrew fastening screws -9, 10- ( -arrows- ).
5.2. Remove bumper -11- ( -arrow- ).

Installation position of front bumper
1. Install bumper.
1.1. Install bumper -11- and position it correctly -arrow-.
1.2. Screw in fastening screws -9, 10- ( -arrows- ) but do not tighten them and check the position of the bumper.
1.3. Tighten fastening screws -9, 10- to the specified tightening torque.
=> Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.) => Tightening torque: 65 Nm (48 ftlb.)+/-10 Nm (+/-7.5 ftlb.)
1.4. Remove piece of wood from between radiator and transverse bar.

2. Plug in connector on horn at the left and right and clip in wire harness.
2.1. Plug in connector on horn -arrow A- until it engages securely.
2.2. Clip in wire harness at the left and right of the bumper -arrow B-.

3. Install the side air guide.
3.1. Cayenne/Cayenne S :
Position side air guide -5- ( -arrow- ) and secure with fastening screws -4- ( -arrow- ).
Tighten fastening screws -4- to the specified tightening torque. => Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.)

4. Fasten lock support.
4.1. Align the lock support with the bumper.
4.2. Screw in fastening screw -1- but do not tighten it, and re-check the position of the lock support with respect to the bumper.
4.3. Tighten fastening screw -1- to the specified tightening torque.
=> Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)+/-1 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.)

5. Connect radiator module.
5.1. Install plastic guide element -1- ( -arrow- ).
5.2. Position fastening clamp -2- and hook it in -arrow-.
