Technical values





Preliminary work

1. Remove main headlight. -> 941519 Removing and installing main headlight - section on "Removing" 94151900 Removing and installing main headlights

Removing servo motor for headlight levelling system

1. Remove cover.
1.1. Release cover -1- at the two clips -arrows A-.
1.2. Swivel the cover -1- out of the guides on the main headlight and remove it -arrows B-.

2. Unscrew fastening screws -1- on the servo motor for headlight levelling system -2-.

3. Take servo motor for headlight levelling system -1- and ball head out of the mounting -2- in a downward direction -arrow A- and remove servo motor for headlight levelling system -1- from the main headlight -arrow B-.

4. Release connector -1- ( -arrow A- ) and pull it off the servo motor for headlight levelling system -2- ( -arrow B- ).

Installing servo motor for headlight levelling system

1. Plug in connector -1- on servo motor for headlight levelling system -2- ( -arrow- ) until the connector -1- engages securely.

2. Fit servo motor for headlight levelling system -1- into the main headlight -arrow A- and slide it into the mounting -2- from below -arrow B-.

3. Screw on servo motor for headlight levelling system -2- using the fastening screws -1-. => Tightening torque: 3 Nm (2.0 ftlb.)

4. Fit cover.
4.1. Fit cover -1- down into the guides on the main headlight and swivel it up -arrows A-.
4.2. Press cover -1- onto the main headlight until the two clips engage securely -arrows B-.
