Removing engine guard
1. Remove front cover at the front apron.
1.1. Remove eight screws. -arrows-

2. Remove front engine guard. To do this, undo nine screws. -1, 2 and 3-

3. Remove rear engine guard. To do this, remove two screws on the transverse strut -2-. Take the component out of the clamps on the transmission cross member.

4. Remove transverse strut if necessary. Undo two nuts. Undo middle screw. => Transverse strut

Installing engine guard
1. Fit transverse strut if necessary. Fit two nuts. Fit middle screw. => Transverse strut => Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)

2. Install rear engine guard. Engage component in clamps on the transmission cross member. To do this, fit two screws on the transverse strut -2-.

3. Install front engine guard. To do this, fit nine screws. -1, 2 and 3-

4. Tighten fastening screws.=> Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
5. Fit front cover on the front apron.
5.1. Push cover into front apron. => Pushing in cover
