Removing wiper blade

WARNING

Electrically moved components

- Danger of limbs being trapped or severed

-> Switch off electric power to drive motor.
-> Make sure it does not switch on again.
-> Check that there is no electric charge.

1. Lift up the wiper arm.

2. Turn wiper blade by 90° and pull it off the wiper arm.

Installing wiper blade

-> Make sure it does not switch on again.
-> Check that there is no electric charge.

1. Slide wiper blade onto the wiper arm. Swivel wiper blade by 90°.

2. Check that the wiper blade is fitted securely.

3. Fit cover on the wiper arm and clip it in (only for vehicles specified under => 1).
Check that the cover is fitted securely.
4. Spray windscreen with spray nozzles and check function of wiper blades.
