All models are equipped with a 3-spoke sports steering wheel with a steering wheel rim in smooth-finish leather as standard. The airbag module and steering wheel spokes are in the interior color. In the case of the optional leather interior (standard in the Panamera Turbo), a leather airbag module is included in the vehicle equipment. Models equipped with the Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) can be shifted manually using shift buttons on the steering wheel.

It makes no difference which of the two shift buttons is used for changing gears. The shift buttons themselves have a high-quality metallic surface.







With the 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel in leather, the driver can quickly and easily operate a variety of functions such as audio/communication, on-board computer, plus voice control and telephone if applicable, by means of multi-function buttons and rollers, even while driving.







The 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel in wood or carbon is available to match the interior packages. In such cases, the steering wheel rim includes wood or carbon inlays. The functions are the same as those of the leather multi-function steering wheel. The sports steering wheel (optional) and the multi-function steering wheel in leather (optional), which is available on request, can come with steering wheel heating as an optional extra for greater comfort during the cold season. The optional multi-function steering wheels in wood and carbon are always equipped with steering wheel heating.
