Preliminary work

Preliminary work for front door panel
1. Remove front door panel.

Preliminary work for rear door panel
1. Remove rear door panel.

Preliminary work for front door sub-frame
1. Remove front door sub-frame.

1. Remove rear door sub-frame.

Removing wire harness for door

INFORMATION: The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

1. Carefully detach insulating mat at the bonding points and remove it.







2. Disconnect electric plug connections.
2.1. Pull off electric plug connection for alarm system LED -1-.







2.2. Release light for door opener -A- and pull it off -B-.







2.3. Release electric plug connection for mid-range loudspeaker -a- and pull it off -B-.







2.4. Release electric plug connection for power windows switch -a- and pull it off -B-.







2.5. Release light for storage box -A- and pull it off -B-.







3. Unclip fixing clips for wire harness.







Removing wire harness for door in rear door panel

INFORMATION: The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

1. Carefully detach insulating mat at the bonding points and remove it.







2. Disconnect electric plug connections.
2.1. Release light for door opener -A- and pull it off -B-.







2.2. Pull off light for ashtray -1-.







2.3. Pull off electric plug connection for power windows switch.







2.4. Pull off electric plug connection for door warning light.







3. Unclip fixing clips for wire harness.







Removing wire harness for door in front door sub-frame

INFORMATION: The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

1. Disconnect electric plug connections.
1.1. Release electric plug connection at the bracket -1- ( -A- ) and pull it off -B-.







1.2. Release electric plug connections -2- , -3- for door wire harness at the door control unit -a- and pull them off -C- , -D-.
1.3. Release electric plug connection for power windows motor -a- and pull it off -B-.







1.4. Release electric plug connection for pressure sensor -a- and pull it off -B-.







1.5. Release electric plug connection for woofer -a- and pull it off -B-.







2. Unclip fixing clips for wire harness at the inside.







3. Unclip fixing clip at the outside -A-.







4. Press rubber sleeves out of the opening in the door sub-frame -B-.
5. Guide wire harness out of the door sub-frame.

Removing wire harness for door in rear door sub-frame

INFORMATION: The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

1. Disconnect electric plug connections.
1.1. Release electric plug connection for door wire harness at the door control unit -a- and pull it off -B-.







1.2. Release electric plug connection -4- for door wire harness at the door control unit -a- and pull it off -B-.







1.3. Release electric plug connection for power windows motor -a- and pull it off -B-.







1.4. Release electric plug connection for woofer -a- and pull it off -B-.







2. Unclip fixing clips for wire harness at the inside.







3. Press rubber sleeves out of the opening in the door sub-frame.







4. Guide wire harness out of the door sub-frame.

Installing wire harness for door

INFORMATION: The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

1. Guide wire harness into the door sub-frame.
2. Clip in fixing clip for wire harness for door sub-frame at the outside.







3. Press rubber sleeves into the opening in the door sub-frame. Check that they are seated securely.
4. Clip in fixing clips for wire harness for door sub-frame at the inside.







5. Plug in electric plug connections.
5.1. Plug in electric plug connection for pressure sensor until it engages securely.







5.2. Plug in electric plug connection for power windows motor until it engages securely.







5.3. Plug in electric plug connection for woofer until it engages securely.







6. Plug in electric plug connections on the door control unit.







6.1. Clip electric plug connection into the bracket -A-.
6.2. Plug in electric plug connection on the door control unit -B- and -C- until it engages securely.
6.3. Plug in and lock electric plug connection on the door control unit -D-.

Installing wire harness for door in rear door sub-frame

INFORMATION: The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

1. Guide wire harness into the door sub-frame.
2. Clip in wire harness at the door sub-frame.







3. Press rubber sleeves into the opening in the door sub-frame. Check that they are seated securely.







4. Plug in electric plug connections.
4.1. Plug in electric plug connection for woofer until it engages securely.







4.2. Plug in electric plug connection for power windows motor until it engages securely.







5. Plug in electric plug connections on the door control unit.







5.1. Clip electric plug connection into the bracket -A-.
5.2. Plug in electric plug connection on the door control unit -B- and -C- until it engages securely.
5.3. Plug in and lock electric plug connection on the door control unit -D-.

Installing wire harness for door in front door panel

INFORMATION: The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

1. Secure fixing clips.







2. Plug in electric plug connections.
2.1. Plug in light for storage box until it engages securely.







2.2. Plug in electric plug connection for power windows switch until it engages securely.







2.3. Plug in electric plug connection for mid-range loudspeaker until it engages securely.







2.4. Plug in light for door opener until it engages securely.







2.5. Plug in plug connection for alarm system LED -1-.







3. Fit insulating mat and affix it securely to the bonding points with hot-melt adhesive.

Installing wire harness for door in rear door panel

INFORMATION: The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

1. Secure fixing clips.







2. Plug in electric plug connections.
2.1. Plug in electric plug connection for door warning light until it engages securely.







2.2. Plug in electric plug connection for power windows switch. Check that it is seated securely.







2.3. Plug in light for ashtray -1- until it engages securely.







2.4. Plug in light for door opener until it engages securely.







3. Fit insulating mat and affix it securely to the bonding points with hot-melt adhesive.

Subsequent work

Subsequent work for front door sub-frame
1. Install front door sub-frame.

Subsequent work for rear door sub-frame
1. Install rear door sub-frame.

Subsequent work for front door panel
1. Install front door panel.

Subsequent work for rear door panel
1. Install rear door panel.
