Removing And Installing Front Air Grille

Preliminary work

1. Remove front apron.
2. Remove auxiliary headlights.

Removing front air grille







1. Remove spray nozzle.
1.1. Release the locking lugs -arrows A- .
1.2. Take off spray nozzle.










2. Remove vanes.
2.1. Release the locking lugs -arrows- .
2.2. Remove vanes -arrow- .







3. Unclip wire harness.







4. Unclip air grille.







5. Remove speed nuts.

Installing front air grille







1. Clip in air grille.
1.1. Fit air grille at the top -arrow A- .
1.2. Swivel air grille down and into place and press on it until all the locking lugs engage securely -arrow B-.







2. Secure wire harness.







3. Install vanes.
3.1. Fit the vanes and press them on until all the locking lugs engage securely -arrow- .







4. Install spray nozzle.
4.1. Fit the spray nozzle and press it on until the locking lugs engage securely -arrow- .







5. Fit new speed nuts.

Subsequent work

1. Install auxiliary headlights.
2. Install front apron.
