Removing And Installing Lumbar Support

Installation position of lumbar support







Preliminary work

1. Remove padding for front middle backrest.
2. Take control valve and pressure sensor out of the bracket.
3. Disconnect pressure line at the control valve at the left and right.

Removing lumbar support







1. Remove lumbar support.
1.1. Lift up lumbar support -arrow A- .
1.2. Release fastening clip -1- from the retaining pin -2- ( -arrow B- ).
1.3. Remove lumbar support from the base carrier -3- .

Installing lumbar support







1. Install lumbar support.
1.1. Remove lumbar support on the base carrier -3- .
1.2. Place fastening clip -1- around the base carrier -3- .
1.3. Secure fastening clip -1- on the retaining pin -2- ( -arrow A- ).
1.4. Move lumbar support to its original position -arrow B- .

Subsequent work

1. Connect pressure line at the control valve at the left and right.
2. Position control valve and pressure sensor in the bracket.
3. Secure padding for front middle backrest.
