Removing And Installing Instrument Panel Cover

Removing instrument panel cover at the left and right












1. Insert a plastic wedge into the cut-out on the cover.
2. Swivel the cover out with the plastic wedge -arrow A - and unclip it from the retaining clips.
3. Pull the cover back -arrow B- out of the rubber strap.

Removing instrument panel cover at the passenger's side












1. Fit the plastic wedge on the left side.
2. Guide the plastic wedge in as far as the upper edge.







3. Turn the plastic wedge towards the inside of the vehicle until all four clips are loosened.







4. Guide the plastic wedge in as far as it will go on the right side.







5. Carefully turn the plastic wedge towards the inside of the vehicle until all four clips are loosened. Be careful with the upper right clip.







6. Remove cover.

Installing instrument panel cover

Installing instrument panel cover at the left and right







1. Guide the cover forward -arrow C- into the rubber strap -2- .
2. Swivel the cover inward and press it in -arrow D- until the retaining clips engage securely.

Installing instrument panel cover at the passenger's side

1. Fit and position the cover on the instrument panel.
2. Press the cover on carefully until the clips engage securely.
