Removing And Installing Rear Lumbar Support

Preliminary work

Remove padding for rear backrest.

Removing rear lumbar support







1. Remove foam part from the backrest frame.
2. Remove motor for the lumbar support.
3. Unclip fixing clips -1- .







4. Swivel the lumbar support -2- to the side -arrow A- .







5. Unplug electric plug connection.
6. Remove lumbar support complete with the valve -3- .

Installing rear lumbar support

1. Insert valve -3- into the hard foam.







2. Connect electric plug connection.
3. Position lumbar support -2- on the foam part -arrow B- .






4. Clip in fixing clips -1- .
5. Install motor for the lumbar support.
6. Insert foam part into the backrest frame.

Subsequent work

Install padding for rear backrest.
