Removing And Installing Lock For Load-Through System

Removing lock for load-through system







1. Fold the load-through system over.
2. Unscrew fastening screw -1- on the cover -arrow A- .







3. Unclip and remove the cover -arrow B- .
4. Unscrew fastening screws on the lock.

INFORMATION: Make sure that the two spacer sleeves do not fall in between the backrest frame and cushion during removal and installation.







5. Remove the two spacer sleeves -2- .







6. Release and disconnect the cable -a- .
7. Remove the lock.

Installing lock for load-through system







1. Insert the cable into the lock and lock it -a- .

INFORMATION: Make sure that the two spacer sleeves do not fall in between the backrest frame and cushion during removal and installation.

2. Position the lock and the two spacer sleeves -2- on the backrest frame.







3. Screw in fastening screws on the lock and tighten to the specified tightening torque.
- Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)±2 Nm (±1.5 ftlb.)

4. Clip in the cover -arrow C- .







5. Screw in fastening screw -1- on the cover -arrow D- .
