1. Together with air suspension: Detach compressor and hang it to one side. -> 431519 Removing and installing compressor for levelling system Service and Repair
2. Remove heat shield on final drive.

Changing oil for final drive

1. Place collection pan underneath.

WARNING

Hot fluid

- Danger of scalding

-> Let the fluid cool down.
-> Wear personal protective gear.

Information

- Secure vehicle to prevent it rolling away.

- To check transmission oil the vehicle must be horizontal.

2. Unscrew oil drain plug -2- and drain oil.

3. Screw in new oil drain plug -2-. => Tightening torque: 35 Nm (26 ftlb.)

Information

Use only oil approved by Porsche.

4. Unscrew oil inspection plug -1- and add oil until it overflows.

5. Screw in new oil inspection plug -1-. => Tightening torque: 35 Nm (26 ftlb.)

Subsequent work for changing oil for final drive

1. Install heat shield on final drive. => Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
