Removing and Installing Heat Exchanger Supply Hose

REMOVING AND INSTALLING HEAT EXCHANGER SUPPLY HOSE

Preliminary work

1. Remove cross panel.

2. Drain coolant.

Removing heat exchanger supply hose

INFORMATION: The heat exchanger connection must be closed off using a suitable stopper once the cooling water hose has been removed.







1. Remove heat exchanger supply hose.

1.1. Remove hose clamps -2- ( -arrow A- ).

1.2. Pull hose -1- off the heat exchanger supply connection piece and the cross panel connection piece -arrow B-.







Installing heat exchanger supply hose

1. Install heat exchanger supply hose.

1.1. Slide hose -1- onto the heat exchanger supply connection piece and the cross panel connection piece -arrow A-.

1.2. Secure hose clamps -2- ( -arrow B- ).







Subsequent work

1. Install cross panel.

2. Fill in coolant.

3. Bleed the cooling system.
