Preliminary work

1. Remove rear centre console. -> 682519 Removing and installing rear centre console - section on "Removing" 682519 Removing and installing rear centre console





Installation position

Disassembling rear centre console

1. Remove wire harness for rear centre console. -> 972019 Removing and installing wire harness for centre console - section on "Removing" 972019 Removing and installing wiring harness for rear centre console
2. Unscrew fastening screws -1- on the console.

3. Remove the console.
4. Unclip rear cover.

Assembling rear centre console

1. Press in the rear cover until the locking lugs -1- engage securely in the mountings -2-.

2. Position the console.
3. Screw in fastening screws -1- on the console and tighten to the specified tightening torque=> Tightening torque: 2.5 Nm (2 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.).

4. Install wire harness for rear centre console. -> 972019 Removing and installing wire harness for centre console - section on "Installing" 972019 Removing and installing wiring harness for rear centre console

Subsequent work

1. Install rear centre console. -> 682519 Removing and installing rear centre console - section on "Installing" 682519 Removing and installing rear centre console
