Removing moulding for dashboard on driver's side (left)

1. Insert a plastic wedge under the moulding, unclip it carefully and remove it inwards.

2. Disconnect electric plug connection for the temperature starter switch light.

1. Insert a plastic wedge under the moulding, unclip it carefully and remove it towards the rear.

2. Disconnect electric connector for the temperature sensor.

1. Insert a screwdriver between the cupholder -7- and left -3- and right moulding -5-.

2. Carefully unclip moulding at the left and right.

1. Insert a screwdriver between the cupholder -7- and centre moulding -4-.

2. Carefully unclip centre moulding.

Information

Only installed in vehicles without a cupholder. The insert with moulding can only be removed as a complete unit.

1. Vehicles without cupholder: Remove insert with moulding -6-. -> 683019 Removing and installing cupholder - section on "Removing" Service and Repair

1. Plug in electric plug connection for the ignition starter switch light.

2. Position moulding on the dashboard and clip it in until it engages securely.

1. Position left -3- and right moulding -5- on the cupholder -7-.

Information

Only installed in vehicles without a cupholder. The insert with moulding can only be installed as a complete unit.

1. Fit insert with moulding -6- into the guide.

2. Press moulding and insert -6- in until it engages securely.
