Removing And Installing Lock For Rear-seat Backrest

Removing lock for rear-seat backrest







1. Fold down the backrest.







2. Unscrew fastening screws on the cover.







3. Release cover -arrow A- and then remove it sideways -arrow B- .







4. Unscrew fastening screws on the lock.







5. Release the cable -a- ( -arrow D- ) and disconnect it -arrow E- .
6. Remove lock for rear-seat backrest -arrow C- .

Installing lock for rear-seat backrest







1. Insert the cable -a- ( -arrow F- ) and lock it -arrow G- .
2. Position the lock on the seat -arrow H- .







3. Screw in fastening screws on the lock and tighten to the specified tightening torque.
- Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)2.5 Nm (2 ftlb.)







4. Fit cover at the sides -arrow I- and clip it in -arrow J- .







5. Screw in fastening screws on the cover.
6. Fold up the backrest and move it into position.
