Installation position of motor for rear vertical adjustment







Preliminary work

1. Remove front seat.

Removing motor for rear vertical adjustment







1. Pull off connector -1- on motor for rear vertical adjustment -3- .
2. Unscrew the two fastening screws -2- and remove motor for rear vertical adjustment -3- .







3. Pull the drive shaft -1- out of the transmission mount -2- and check it for damage.

Installing motor for rear vertical adjustment







1. Insert the drive shaft -1- into the transmission mount by turning it slightly -2- .







2. Slide motor for rear vertical adjustment -3- onto the drive shaft by turning it slightly and secure with the two fastening screws -2- .
- Tightening torque: 7 Nm (5 ftlb.)

3. Plug in connector -1- on motor for rear vertical adjustment -3- until it engages securely.

Subsequent work

1. Install front seat.
