Removing rearview mirror

NOTICE

Voltage peaks

- Risk of damage to load or to the control unit

-> Switch off ignition and remove remote control before disconnecting or removing load.

1. Release electrical plug connection for rearview mirror -a- and pull it off -A-.

2. Pull off covers over fastening holes.
3. Unscrew fastening screws -1-.

4. Pull rubber sleeve out of door -arrow-.

5. Remove rearview mirror -3- and wire harness -2- out of the door.

Installing rearview mirror

1. The rearview mirror is installed in reverse order to removal.=> Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)

Subsequent work
