Preliminary work

Installation position for air cushion control valve

1. Unscrew the two fastening screws -1- on the support -2-.





Loosening support with compressor and air distributor valve

2. Set support -2- with connected motor and air cushion control valve aside.
3. Release connector -1- on air cushion control valve -arrow a- and pull it off.

4. Pull off the three hoses -2- from the air cushion control valve.
5. Unscrew fastening screw -1- and remove air cushion control valve -2-.

Installing air cushion control valve

1. Position air cushion control valve -2- and tighten with the fastening screw -1-.

Information

Observe the installation position of the hoses!

Push on the blue hose onto the connection marked B and push on the red hose onto the connection marked R.

2. Push on the three hoses -2- onto the air cushion control valve.

3. Push on connector -1- onto air cushion control valve until this engages audibly.
4. Position support -2- with connected motor and air cushion control valve and screw down with the two fastening screws -1-.
