1. Remove main headlight. -> 941519 Removing and installing headlight - section on "Removing" 94151900 Removing and installing main headlight

Removing servo motor for range adjustment
1. Turn the servo motor anti-clockwise -A- (bayonet lock) and slide it to the right and out of the mounting for the headlight frame.

2. Release the electric plug connection -a- and pull it off the servo motor.

Installing servo motor for range adjustment
1. Plug in electric connector for the servo motor until the connector engages securely.

2. (On the left headlight), engage the servo-motor ball joint from the right side into the headlight adjustment mounting.

3. Slide the servo motor into the holder and turn it clockwise -B- (bayonet lock). The servo motor engages in the holder.

Information
After reinstallation or installation of a new servo motor for the headlight levelling system, the headlight must be calibrated.
1. Install control unit for gas-discharge headlight. -> 945719 Removing and installing gas-discharge control unit - section on "Installing" 945719 Removing and installing gas-discharge control unit
2. Install main headlight. -> 941519 Removing and installing headlight - section on "Installing" 94151900 Removing and installing main headlight
3. Connect the Porsche System Tester PIWIS Tester 9718 to the vehicle and start the System Tester. Switch on ignition. Press >> to continue.
4. In the front end control unit, select the Calibration menu.
5. Check headlight setting and adjust if necessary.
