Preliminary work

Removing front air grille

1. Remove front apron. -> 631519 Removing and installing front apron - section on "Removing"
2. Remove auxiliary headlights. -> 947119 Removing and installing auxiliary headlights - section on "Removing" 947119 Removing and installing auxiliary headlight

Removing front air grille

1. Remove spray nozzle.

1.1. Release the locking lugs -arrows A-.
1.2. Take off spray nozzle.
2. Unclip wire harness.

3. Unclip air grille.

4. Remove speed nuts.

Installing front air grille

1. Clip in air grille.

1.1. Fit air grille at the top -arrow A-.
1.2. Swivel air grille down and into place and press on it until all the locking lugs engage securely -arrow B-.
2. Secure wire harness.

3. Install spray nozzle.

3.1. Fit the spray nozzle and press it on until the locking lugs engage securely -arrow-.
4. Fit new speed nuts.

2. Install front apron. -> 631519 Removing and installing front apron - section on "Installing"
