Installation position of rear centre console (Business)

1. Remove rear centre console (short) -1- from rear centre console (Business) -2- in direction of travel -arrow-.

2. Unclip side trim panel -1- at both sides using combination assembly wedge Nr.199 ( -arrow- ).

3. Unclip LED -1- ( -arrow- ).

4. Release connectors -2, 3 and 4- and pull them off -arrows-.
5. Unscrew fastening screws at the front, bottom and sides -1- ( -arrows- ) and remove rear centre console (Business) -2-.

6. Unscrew fastening screws at the rear -1- ( -arrows- ) and remove bracket for rear centre console (Business) -2-.

Installing rear centre console (Business)

1. Place bracket for rear centre console (Business) -2- in installation position and secure with the rear fastening screws -1- ( -arrows- ). => Tightening torque: 27 Nm (20 ftlb.)

2. Place rear centre console (Business) in installation position -2- and secure with the fastening screws at the front, bottom and sides -1- ( -arrows- ). => Tightening torque: 3.2 Nm (2 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.)

3. Plug in connectors -2, 3 and 4- ( -arrows- ) until they engage securely.

4. Clip in LED -1- ( -arrow- ).
5. Clip in side trim panel -1- at both sides -arrow-.

6. Fit rear centre console (short) -1- ( -arrow- ) and align it with the rear centre console (Business) -2-.

1. Install rear cupholder (Business). -> 68301903 Removing and installing rear cupholder - section on "Installing" 68301903 Removing and installing rear cupholder
2. Install rear centre console. -> 682519 Removing and installing rear centre console - section on "Installing" 682519 Removing and installing rear centre console
