Removing relay for daytime driving lights

Information

- The work steps are described for the left rear door of the vehicle and must be performed in the same way on the other doors. Any different work steps are marked/highlighted.

Information

The relay for daytime driving lights is only replaced as an integrated unit with the side cover of the main headlight.

1. Release cover at the clip -a- and open it.

2. Release and unplug the two electric connectors -1, 2-.

3. Carefully loosen the clip -3- using a screwdriver.
4. Remove relay for daytime driving lights and cover.

Installing relay for daytime driving lights

Information

- The work steps are described for the left rear door of the vehicle and must be performed in the same way on the other doors. Any different work steps are marked/highlighted.

1. Insert cover with relay for daytime driving lights into the guides in the main headlight.
2. Press the clip -3- into the opening and insert the two electric connectors -1,2 -. Check that they are seated securely.

3. Close the cover until it engages securely.
