Completion Reporting and Reimbrusement

Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted on the DIAL System. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service

completions and provide dealer payments.

Use the following labor operation number and time allowance:

Remove and replace heater core 24541182 1.9 Hours

Important:
If it is necessary to replace a coolant system cap, submit a separate claim using the original recall #425 Labor Operation Number 07425182, Time Allowance 0.2 Hour. Destroy the removed original cap. Refer to the dealer recall instruction letter #425 of July, 1988 for further details if required.

Add the cost of the recall parts package plus applicable dealer allowance to your claim.

Vehicle Not Available

If a vehicle is not available for service for a known reason, let us know by filling out the pre-addressed Vehicle Disposition Form portion of the Owner Recall Notification Form or describe the reason on a postcard and mail to:
