Fuel Pump: Testing and Inspection

Fig. 3 Diagnostic connectors:

1. Disconnect fuel tank return hose at pressure regulator.
2. Connect a hose to regulator and place other end of hose in a two quart graduated container.
3. Connect terminals D1-5 and D1-6, Fig. 3, with a jumper wire to activate fuel pump.
4. Minimum output should be 1 liter per minute.
