Completion Reporting/Reimbursement
IMPORTANT:In August 1988, Jeep/Eagle recall claims are scheduled to start being processed through the DIAL System, superseding the former Jeep/Eagle system. SRT, TIC and Supplier codes will be replaced by use of Chrysler Labor Operation Numbers at that time.
Separate Warranty Bulletins have already been issued with others to follow providing details of the change over.
For this recall, use the applicable claim procedure as follows:
Until you can submit claims on the DIAL System:
Submit the claim using the Dealer Communication System (DCS), Warranty Type 91, or a Warranty Invoice. Include the cost of the coolant system cap if purchased at dealer cost for the recall service.
Enter the Standard Repair Time (SRT), Time Allowance, Technical Incident Code (TIC) and Supplier Code as shown.
After you can submit claims on the DIAL system:
Claims for vehicles which have been serviced should be submitted on the DIAL System.
Use the Labor Operation Number and Time Allowance information as shown:

Replace engine coolant 07425182 0.2 Hour
system bottle cap.
Parts Return
Engine coolant system bottle caps replaced for this program must be returned.
Following the above procedures will expedite the processing of your claim.
