Air Intake System Vacuum Leak Test

1. Disconnect hose between auxiliary air regulator and right side of cold start injector.
2. Apply soap bubble solution to all points subject to leakage such as seals and air lines.
3. Plug exhaust pipe using shop cloth or equivalent.
4. Apply 15 psi compressed air into air intake circuit at cold start injector right side hose fitting.
5. Open throttle plate and check for appearance of bubbles or foam at all points subject to leakage and repair as necessary.
