Brake Caliper: Service and Repair

1. Remove caliper from vehicle.
2. Remove rubber dust cap (5), Fig. 3.
3. Remove piston using compressed air using caution not to damage piston or cause personal injury.
4. Disassemble remaining parts of caliper as shown in Fig. 3.
5. Lubricate all parts prior to assembly with suitable grease, then assemble caliper as shown in Fig. 3.
