To remove
1 Remove the lower dash panel and the carpeting on the driver's side of the centre console.
2 Unplug the connector from the pedal sensor.
3 Remove the clip and disconnect the sensor linkage from the accelerator.
4 Remove the sensor.

To fit
1 Fit the sensor in place.
2 Reconnect the linkage to the accelerator.
3 Fit the clip on the shaft and press it into position using a swivel socket wrench.
4 Plug in the connector.
5 Put the carpeting back in place and refit the lower dash panel.
