Headlamp Motor: Service and Repair

To Remove, 5-d (CC) and CD -M94
1 Unplug the motor connector.
2 Remove the headlamp and lens.
3 Turn the motor (about 1/4 turn) to remove it and use a screwdriver to pry off the clip.
4 Withdraw the motor.

To Install
Install in reverse order.






To Remove, CS and CD M95-
1 Unplug the motor connector.
2 Remove the headlamp.
3 Remove the covers for the main beam and dipped beam bulbs.
4 Rotate the motor about 1/4 turn.
5 Use a screwdriver to release the catch on the white clip, pull up the motor and lift it out.

To Install
Hold the reflector while pressing the motor into position (A).
Then reinstall in reverse order.
