Resistance Checks

When an intermittent fault is suspected, wiggle wires and connectors related to the pin being tested.
In cases where resistance specifications indicate a range such as ``3 to 4 ohms,'' good judgement must be used before condemning a circuit which indicates 4.1 ohms for example.
