Flywheel: Service and Repair

Dual-mass flywheel

To remove
1. Remove Complete 5-speed gearbox.
2. Remove Clutch assembly
3. Remove the flywheel





To fit
1. Fit the flywheel with new bolts. Use 74 96 292 Thread locking adhesive to the bolts. Tighten alternately.
Tightening torque, D223L 45 Nm - 30± (33 ft. lbs. - 30±)
Tightening torque, B207E/L/R 60 Nm - 30± (44 ft. lbs. - 30±)





2. Fit Clutch assembly.
3. Fit Complete 5-speed gearbox.
