No DTCs stored with the fault symptom in question.

Diagnostic help

In order that the window lifts shall work the system voltage must be between 11.5 and 15.5 V.
Check the condition of the battery.
Check the battery charger voltage with trickle charging.
Fault diagnosis procedure is not available.
