Checks
Check the fuel tank, fuel lines and connections/quick-release couplings with respect to damage and leaks. These checks should be carried out both under the car and in the engine bay.

IMPORTANT: Check that the fuel leads are secure in their mountings. Otherwise there is a risk of damage from the subsequent leakage.
