Night Panel button does not work

Fault criteria

The Night Panel button is registered as being depressed for more than 5 minutes.

Diagnostic help

The Night Panel button can be read with the diagnostic tool and thus it is possible to see which button is depressed.

Checking the wiring harness

Jiggle the wiring harness at several points and in different directions to detect intermittent breaks and short circuits. Check switches, connectors and crimp connections for oxidation, withdrawn pins and pin clamping force.
