Brief Description, Bonnet, Doors And Boot Lid/Tailgate
Bonnet
The bonnet locking mechanism consists of two spring locks located in the radiator member that are operated by a wire from the bonnet release in the cabin. When the bonnet lock is released, the front of the bonnet is raised and it can be opened fully by releasing a catch.
There are two gas springs that hold the bonnet open.
The double-knuckled hinges are lubrication-free and fitted to the body and bonnet in such a way as to allow adjustment.
Doors
The hinges in the front and rear doors are lubrication-free and can be dismantled between the body and the door.
Boot lid 4D
The boot lid has two gas lift springs.
Tailgate 5D
The tailgate has two gas lift springs located one on each side of the opening between the outer roof and headlining.
