The following table shows how to adjust the headlamp settings when driving a left-hand drive car in right-hand traffic and a right-hand drive car in left hand traffic.

When adjusting back to the original setting:

Note that when one returns, for example, from right-hand traffic to left-hand traffic, one should not follow the table, but instead screw back the adjustment by the same number of turns as when one previously changed from left-hand traffic to right hand traffic.
