Front Fog Lights







Fault symptoms

Fog light failure on one or both sides.

Diagnostic help

Check fuse 15 in the engine bay and fuse 31 in the cab.

Using the diagnostic tool, the following value can be read:
- Front fog light switch

Using the diagnostic tool, the following value can be activated:
- Front fog lights relay

Check that the headlights are functioning correctly. The fog light function is dependent on the headlight switch and programming options.

Checking the wiring harness

Jiggle the wiring harness at several points and in several directions to detect intermittent open circuits and short circuits. Note the reaction of the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool during the check.
