Checking The Wheels





Pressed steel wheels
On a correctly fitted wheel, radial runout A (out-of-round) must not exceed 0.6 mm. Runout B must not exceed 0.8 mm.

Light alloy wheels
On a correctly fitted wheel, radial runout (out-of-round) must not exceed 0.5 mm. Runout B must not exceed 0.5 mm.

IMPORTANT: To avoid damage to the wheels during balancing, shims or spacers should be used as protection.
