Tires: Testing and Inspection
Recommended tire pressureThe air pressure should normally be taken on cold tires, which means that the tire must be at the same temperature as the surrounding air.
The pressure will rise in hot tires (e.g. after motorway driving) and drop as the temperature drops.
The following values for air pressure apply at 20 degrees C. The air pressure will rise and drop 0.1 bar (2 psi) respectively for each 10 degrees C change in temperature.
The air pressure can be reduced with 0.1 bar for each occupant less. Max load = 5 occupants with luggage.
