Tire Pressure Module: Service and Repair

Control module, tire pressure monitoring (753)

To remove
1. If a new control module shall be fitted: carry out Procedures before replacing the control module.
2. Remove the left-hand Luggage compartment trim, side trim, 4D, Luggage compartment trim, side trim, 5D.
3. Remove the control module.

Important
Take care when releasing the locking mechanism on the connector so as not to damage the connector. Pull the halves straight apart to avoid bending the pins. For further information regarding connectors, refer to Connectors, handling and inspection.

4. Unplug the connector (A).





To fit

Note
Make sure that the contact is firmly engaged.

1. Plug in the connector (A) to the control module.
2. Fit the control module.
3. Fit the left-hand Luggage compartment trim, side trim, 4D, Luggage compartment trim, side trim, 5D.
