Replacing The Belt Pulley, 4-cyl

To remove

1. Remove the alternator, see Replacing the alternator, 4-cyl LHD and Replacing the alternator, 4-cyl RHD.
2. Remove the belt pulley







- Remove the belt pulley (A). Use special tool EN-48958.

To fit

1. Fit the belt pulley (A). Use special tool EN-48958.

Tightening torque: 80 Nm (59 lbf ft)







2. Fit the alternator, see Replacing the alternator, 4-cyl LHD and Replacing the alternator, 4-cyl RHD.
