Drive shaft seal, right-hand

Replacement in car





To remove
1. Remove the intermediate shaft. See 4 Power transmission, Drive shafts, Adjustment and replacement.
2. Remove the seal using a large screwdriver.

Note
Take care not to scratch the drive shaft seal hole in the gearbox.

To fit





1. Tap in the new seal with drift 87 92 657.
2. Fit the intermediate shaft according to 4. Power transmission, Drive shafts, Adjustment and replacement Fitting
