Automatic Transmission Wiring Harness Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove control valve body cover.
2. Remove control valve body.
3. Remove the transmission control module.
4. Remove the wiring harness.





- Remove the clip (1).
- Lift out the wiring harness (2).

Installation Procedure

1. Fit the wiring harness.

Fit a new seal (2) in the gearcase and an O-ring (1) on the connection.





2. Fit in the wiring harness (2).

Make sure that the connector's guide pin locates in the groove and fit the clip (1).





3. Fit the transmission control module.
4. Fit the control valve body.
5. Fit the control valve body cover.
