Radio Ground Strap

REMOVAL




1. Remove radio to access ground tab at back of radio.
2. Remove ground strap blade connector from the tab at back of radio.
3. From passenger compartment side, remove access cover to fuse block.
4. Remove ground strap/fuse block fastener at the instrument panel bracket.

INSTALLATION
1. Connect ground strap blade connector to the tab at back of radio.




2. Secure ground strap to I/P bracket with fastener.

Torque:
Ground Strap-to-I/P-Bracket Fastener: 2.2 N.m (19 in-lbs)

3. Install access cover to fuse block.
4. Install radio.
