Headlamp Replacement

REMOVAL




1. Remove side marker to body fastener.
2. Lift side marker up and out of fascia to free lower attaching tabs.
3. Rotate side marker bulb socket assembly counterclockwise and remove it from housing.
4. Remove side marker lamp.




5. Remove headlamp bracket to structure fasteners.
6. Carefully lift headlamp assembly up.
7. Rotate headlamp bulb assemblies counterclockwise to remove them from headlamp housing.
8. Remove headlamp.

INSTALLATION
1. Insert headlamp bulb assemblies into headlamp housing and rotate each bulb assembly clockwise until seated.
2. Carefully lower headlamp assembly into position. Ensure headlamp bracket lower arm fits into bracket located on vehicle structure.
3. Install headlamp bracket to structure fasteners.

Torque:
Headlamp Bracket to structure fasteners: 10 N.m (89 in-lbs)

4. Insert side marker bulb assembly into side marker lamp housing.




5. Rotate side marker bulb assembly clockwise until seated.
6. Align lower attachment tabs of side marker housing with front fascia notches Lower side marker to housing into position.
7. Install side marker to body fastener.
