Rear Wheel Alignment
REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENTRear wheel alignment involves setting two alignment angles (Camber and Toe). Rear wheel caster is not adjustable.
IMPORTANT: Rear wheel alignment angles must be set to correct specifications before front wheel alignment angles are adjusted.
REAR WHEEL TOE
1. Loosen toe link-to-frame fastener. Do not remove toe link-to-frame fastener.
IMPORTANT: Frame of vehicle is slotted a cam nut is available for service if required.
2. Rotate toe link cam nut in the direction necessary to correct toe adjustment.
3. Snug toe link-to-frame fasteners, do not tighten to final torque at this time.
4. Recheck toe specifications and adjust if necessary.
5. Hold the nut and tighten toe link-to-frame bolt.
Torque:
Rear Axle Toe Link-to-Frame
Fasteners: 110 Nm (81 ft. lbs.)
6. Repeat procedure for other rear wheel.
REAR WHEEL CAMBER
1. Loosen upper control arm-to-frame fastener. Do not remove upper control arm-to-frame fastener.
IMPORTANT: Frame of vehicle is slotted, turning cam nut will move camber link to designated location.
2. Rotate upper control arm fastener in the direction necessary to correct camber adjustment.
3. Snug rear axle upper control arm-to-frame fasteners, do not tighten to final torque at this time.
4. Recheck camber and adjust if necessary.
5. Hold the nut and tighten rear axle upper control arm bolt.
Torque:
Rear Axle Upper Control Arm-to-Frame
Bolt: 110 Nm (81 ft. lbs.)
6. Repeat procedure for other rear wheel.
